After the success of Macaroon Monday, we decided at Vivid HQ to have a Whoopie Tuesday. We don't usually bake this often, but as we are on holiday we thought we would indulge ourselves!
Today we will be working from this delicious Whoopie Pies book by Sarah Billingsley and Amy Treadwel and trying not to drool in the process!
We will be listening to the BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend Concert (with the Foo Fighters, Lady Gaga, Jessy J and a whole load of hot bands!) And once we have tidied up the mess, we will be settling down to watch some Marilyn Monroe films...
