Mirror Cube: Tree Houses For The Stylish!

Treehouses just got awesome!

Our latest crush has been brought to us by Treehotel and their barely-there forrest dwelling Mirrorcube constructions. These eco-friendly wonders are based in the forestry around Harads in Sweeden and are truly a spectacular sight...

With properties available to rent or buy, these tree houses are suspended 6 meters above the ground and are designed to blend into their surroundings so as not to ruin the view. Lavish and clever - we are in love!

If any of you lucky beans are traveling over to Sweden, we think these are a must see - and a must stay if you can afford to go! It just goes to show that you never get too old for a tree house. How inspiring!

  1. Oh my, these are amazing! I love how they are made with glass, so they don't look like they're "affecting" the environment or anything.
I've got to get to Sweden! :P

  2. Sweet!! I wonder how the birds do with this? I know there are engineers that make reflective glass with something in it that only birds can see, so they don't fly into it. Hopefully, people are using that for these tree dwellings too.

    1. There is some kind of inferred surrounding that stops the birds from wanting to fly into them. I don't know how else to describe it other than 'voodoo magic'! They've really thought of it all .... apart from how to get us all out there for free of course ;) hee hee
